Charles Rondeau has considerable experience in both workers’ compensation and personal injury matters, and in his nearly twenty years of practice he has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and awards for his clients. After completing an Ivy League undergraduate education at Columbia College in New York City, Mr. Rondeau attended law school at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Mr. Rondeau’s outstanding legal scholarship was recognized when he was invited to join the Southwestern Law Review and was appointed its Research Editor.

Mr. Rondeau began his legal career in California representing injured people in personal injury, products liability and medical malpractice matters. Within a few years, he began practicing workers’ compensation law. With the formation of Rondeau Law Group, Mr. Rondeau is able to bring his knowledge and experience in both areas together to assist injured people.

In 2004, the California workers’ compensation system saw a major transformation with the adoption of the American Medical Association Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Fifth Edition, as the standard for assessment of permanent disability. Mr. Rondeau is a recognized expert and frequent lecturer regarding application and interpretation of the AMA Guides. In 2007, Mr. Rondeau was invited by the AMA to serve as a Reviewer for Sixth Edition of the Guides.

Mr. Rondeau also has considerable experience in appellate matters and has argued cases before the California Supreme Court, the California Court of Appeal, the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.

Although Mr. Rondeau’s practice is limited to representing clients in California, he is also licensed to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey.
